We’ve taken our signature Striking class and split it into two distinct experiences—Boxing and Kickboxing—so you can focus on the discipline that suits you best.

Both classes follow the same dynamic format: 12 rounds of high-energy training, including heavy bag work, mittwork, strength, and conditioning—all led by professional fighters. This is a fitness-focused experience, so you get the technique, intensity, and energy without the risk of taking a punch.
Whether you're perfecting your boxing fundamentals or adding powerful kicks into the mix, our 50-minute sessions keep it technical, playful, and fun. Class sizes are capped to ensure personalized coaching and hands-on attention. All levels are welcome!
