You can easily sign up for classes or personal training sessions through our booking system on the website. Simply select your preferred class or trainer, choose a time, and book!

What should I bring to my first class?

All you need is comfortable workout clothes, and we’ll provide the gloves and wraps for your first class. Feel free to bring your own if you have them, or you can purchase them at the gym.

How often should I train?

This depends on your goals and fitness level. For beginners, we recommend 2-3 times per week. For more advanced individuals, training 3-5 times per week can help you progress faster. Our coaches can offer recommendations based on your goals.

Can I cancel or reschedule my session?

Yes! You can cancel or reschedule your class up to 6 hours in advance. Personal training sessions require 12-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in forfeiting your session.

We offer flexible membership plans to fit your schedule, including unlimited access, 8 classes per month, or drop-in classes. We also offer personal training packages to suit your needs.
